Catch Changes Earlier With Targeted Screening
Imaging-based screening can identify structural changes years before symptoms emerge. We offer a focused set of preventive studies, all interpreted by a board-certified radiologist, with reports returned to your provider within approximately 24 hours.

Screening works best when it is targeted
Not every patient benefits from every screening exam. The right study depends on your personal history, risk factors, and your physician's clinical judgment. We recommend discussing options with your provider first. If you have questions about what might be appropriate for you, our team is happy to help you think it through.

Bone Mineral Density (CT-Based)
A low-dose CT assessment of bone health, used to evaluate osteopenia and osteoporosis risk. This study gives your physician a detailed picture of bone mineral content without the limitations of a traditional DEXA screen.
Often appropriate for: Post-menopausal women, adults over 50, patients on long-term corticosteroids, and those with a family history of osteoporosis.
Cardiac Calcium Scoring (Heart CT)
A brief, non-contrast CT that measures calcium deposits in the coronary arteries — the vessels that supply your heart. Calcium buildup is an early indicator of coronary artery disease and can be detected long before symptoms develop.
Often appropriate for: Adults 40 and older with cardiovascular risk factors, elevated cholesterol, family history of heart disease, or atypical chest discomfort.
Carotid Ultrasound
Painless ultrasound imaging of the carotid arteries in the neck, which carry blood to the brain. This exam screens for plaque buildup or narrowing that can elevate stroke risk.
Often appropriate for: Adults with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, a history of smoking, or a family history of stroke or TIA.
Thyroid Ultrasound
Detailed ultrasound evaluation of the thyroid gland used to characterize nodules, assess gland size, or follow up on abnormal laboratory findings or a palpable mass.
Often appropriate for: Patients with a palpable thyroid nodule, abnormal TSH results, a family history of thyroid disease, or prior findings that require monitoring.
Abdominal and Pelvic Ultrasound Screening
Radiation-free ultrasound evaluation of the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, bladder, and pelvic organs. Used to detect early structural changes or follow up on previous findings as directed by your physician.
Often appropriate for: Patients with new or persistent abdominal symptoms, relevant family history, or follow-up of prior incidental findings.
