How to refer a patient
Send the order
Fax your imaging order to (678) 924-0965 or have your patient bring it to their appointment. Include the clinical indication and any relevant prior imaging history.
We handle scheduling
Our team contacts your patient to confirm their appointment, review prep instructions, and verify insurance or quote self-pay pricing.
Imaging and interpretation
The study is completed and read by our radiologist. We follow up on any findings that warrant immediate attention.
Report to your practice
The radiology report is sent to your practice electronically, typically within 24 hours of the appointment. Image discs are available on request.
Insurance and self-pay
We accept most major commercial plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Medicare, and more. Self-pay pricing is available for uninsured patients — MRI from $445, CT from $355.
