How to pay

  • By phone: call our billing team at (678) 924-0964 during business hours.
  • By mail: check payable to Georgia Health Imaging LLC, 3653 Lawrenceville Highway, Suite 150, Lawrenceville, GA 30044.
  • In person: visit our front desk during business hours.

Understanding your bill

For insured patients: you will typically receive an explanation of benefits from your carrier before our patient responsibility bill arrives. Wait for both before sending payment if you are unsure what you owe.

For self-pay patients: your full balance is collected at the time of service unless we have made other arrangements in advance.

Payment plans

We understand that imaging expenses can be unexpected. We are happy to work out a payment plan for patients who need one. Just give our billing team a call.

Itemized receipts and HSA/FSA reimbursement

We provide itemized receipts formatted for health savings account or flexible spending account reimbursement. Email info@gahealthimaging.com with your request and we will send one promptly.

Insurance disputes and prior authorizations

If your insurance has denied coverage or your authorization is delayed, our billing team can help you understand your options and next steps. We work with insurance companies regularly and are glad to assist.

Please do not include sensitive medical information in email messages. If a billing question requires that level of detail, we will arrange a phone call.
